Mediumship February 1, 2017
Welcome to this week’s newsletter and card reading.
First, I usually write what is written in a booklet I received with the cards then, I do my own interpretation.
Today I will do this in reverse. Since everyone doesn’t have the same beliefs as I do I am honoring your difference and sharing a different message first then my thoughts on Mediumship.
Mediumship You have the natural ability to connect with departed loved ones.
I am seeing in this card that most of us are reserved in some way. It may be more prominent in some of us more than others. If you think about it you will recognize something you are reserved with. If this is the case that it is recurring you can analyze why you are that way. You can overcome this if you work through it slowly. I believe this has to start with loving yourself. A lot of us go through life not even realizing that they don’t love themselves. Once you can acknowledge this, you should put yourself first. We get caught up in our lives and most of us put others first then we burn out. Once we make ourselves a priority things fall into place much easier in our lives.
We all have the ability to connect with the departed. The difference with those of us who do and those of you who don’t is our belief system. If you believe you can see a loved one you are going to see or sense them. If you don’t believe, it won’t transpire.
I just came from a Mediumship class and heard a great way to acknowledge if you have the capability to connect. There was a couple there and the husband is not recognizing as much as his wife. The teacher explained that being so close to each other, they can finish each other’s sentences because they are so in tune with each other. They agreed. So if you have this kind of connection with your spouse, even your child, parent or anyone you are close to, you can connect with the departed.

This card is a sign that you’re connecting to one or more loved ones in Heaven. The angels ask you to trust your feelings, thoughts, and visions about these spiritual connections because they’re real. This is very healing for yourself and for others since it conveys peaceful and loving messages from Heaven. Perhaps you’ll feel or hear a message that says, “I love you“, “I’m fine” “I’m proud of you”, or “I apologize” for yourself or someone who will benefit from hearing these compassionate words.
If you feel called upon to conduct Mediumship for others, either in private practice or in public. Trust this calling, as it’s a noble mission that helps thousands of people on both sides of the spirit-veil. The angels know who is working from integrity and pure motivations, and they call such mediums into service… and provide support, guidance, and protection along the way.
If you would like to connect with a loved one you can follow this guidance:
In a quiet room where you won’t be interrupted, use paper and a pen to have a conversation with a departed loved one. First, call upon Archangel Michael to oversee this exchange, since he’s the angel of protection who will ensure that you’re talking to your intended person. Next, write to your loved one as if you were having a conversation. Write down their end of the conversation, which will come to you as physical or mental impressions, combined with visions and words that you hear within your inner ear. Remember to call upon Archangel Michael for any assistance you may need. At the end of the conversation, be sure to thank the person and Archangel Michael for the experience.

EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique
This is also known as “Tapping”. I learned this technique years ago when I was experiencing constant Bladder pain due Interstitial Cystitis, which is like always having a Bladder infection. The woman I was working with guided me through a meditation then helped me tap away the pain!! I was amazed.
This “Tapping” is working with meridians mostly on your face and actually “tapping” on them. There is a sequence you follow and when done correctly you get almost instant relief in whatever way you are working on. So, to summarize, I will give you the basics.
Hold your left hand up with your thumb toward your body. With your right hand “tap” on the outside part of your hand and while tapping say a “set up” phrase. For example if you have a headache, you can say, Even though I have a headache, I truly love and accept myself. Do this 3 times, changing the negative statement as you feel called to say. Then you begin the tapping on your face. Between your eyebrows (or your third eye) as you tap say something like “my headache is gone”. Go to your temple (next to your eye) You can say “I feel great”. On your cheekbone under your eye, tap and maybe say “No more headache”. Under your nose tap and say “My headache is gone”. Tap on your chin and add more positive thoughts, then on to your clavicle bone. After that you tap under your arm onto your ribs, then finally on the top of your head. Take a deep breath and see how you feel. If you are still in pain, it may have been slightly relieved, so do the whole process again until your headache is gone.

My Journey
I made so much more paper garbage and can finally start to see the room it was stored in. This room is my office and I haven’t used it for at least 2 years. I have my laptop in the den and communicate with my computer in the office while I work. I am almost ready to move back into the office and do all my work in there. Next will be my living room where I have boxes and bins stored since December 2013 when our basement flooded and everything was stored in there. This room will be where I do my readings and hold classes.
