Clairsentience January 11 2017
Welcome to this week’s newsletter and card reading.
First, I write what is written in a booklet I received with the cards then, I do my own interpretation.
Clairsentience Archangel Raguel: Notice your recurring physical and emotional feelings, as they signify Divine guidance
From the booklet:
Please honor your feelings. Don’t be afraid of deep emotions or intense feelings. I can help you distinguish between your own feelings and those of others. I’ll also help you clear any energies you may absorb. I’ll guide you toward people, situations, and places with clear and loving energy. Your repetitive emotions and physical feelings provide important information, so please notice and follow these feelings. They’re answers to your prayers. Ask me to help translate confusing messages so that you’ll clearly know which steps to take.
Working with Archangel Raguel: Like an air-traffic controller, Raguel oversees archangels and angels, ensuring harmony, cooperation, and order among them all. In this same way, he’ll help you sort all your feelings, enabling you to notice, understand, and follow them.
From Me:
The golden color swirls in this card bringing you a great beginning of 2017. If you made any New Year’s resolutions you may want to put them in writing to put out to the universe. We are all open at this time of year for the new to come in but sometimes we miss the signs for messages we weren’t expecting. You can reach new heights this year but have to put in the work. This archangel will help you if you ask. Just think to yourself, Archangel Raguel, please help me understand the messages and signs I am receiving to begin anew this year and make it the best year yet.
The blue in the background indicates a need to relax and stay calm when planning for the year to come. Last year was very tense with all the changes because of the voting but this year is the time for you to make some of your dreams come true. Sit back and meditate on your dreams and then write them down or even make a vision board or creation journal.
Let’s talk Spirituality
CHAKRAS
We left off in October discussing the Chakras, the energy centers in our body and when they are out of balance we don’t live in our potential power. These energy centers should be rotating clockwise, so if they are backwards we have to work with them to reverse the motion. We recognize 7 top centers but there are more. I will be sharing with you the 7 basic Chakras and if you have any questions you can email me. I will share 1 Chakra a week.
We have the Root Chakra, the Sacral Chakra, the Solar Plexus, the Heart Chakra, the Throat Chakra, our Third Eye Chakra, and our Crown Chakra. They follow the colors of the rainbow starting with Red.
This week we talk about the fifth chakra, the Throat Chakra, which is located, of course, in the throat.
Main Characteristic Associated with the Chakra: The Throat Chakra powers our self-expression, creativity and artistic side. The search for your inner and spiritual voice is looking for “the pure place”, the meaning of Visuddha. The Throat is responsible for decision making and the ability to speak up for yourself.
Prior experiences (in this life or past) of being punished for speaking up can close this energy center. Through the Throat we voice our opinions, beliefs and truths, express the self and try to make sense of this world. Speech can inspire others and add to the flow of mutual influence. A challenge of the throat chakra is to express ourselves in the most truthful manner.
Throat Chakra in balance: A balanced Throat Chakra enables you to express yourself truthfully without fearing others, and to listen with empathy. It encourages sharing and focuses you on your goals.
Throat Chakra out of balance: An imbalance in Visuddha hides your true self in shyness or arrogance, and increases anxiety or condescension. The body might react with throat infections or teeth pains, tiredness and reoccurring colds.
Balance your Throat Chakra:
Energizing ideas for your blue energy:
◦ Sing your throat out in the shower.
◦Watch an art exhibition and share your thoughts with others.
◦Use aroma therapeutic oil extracts that regenerate blue energy such as geranium, mint, lemon and petitgrain.
◦ Decorate your room with blue tones.
◦ Attend spiritual events.
◦ Wear or carry a blue gemstone such as Sodalite, Lapis Lazuli, Sapphire, Blue Agate.
The color associated with the throat chakra is Blue. Blue is the symbol of inspiration, devotion, infinity and religious goals. It produces calm and peace. It also indicates intense power, and light blue (or azures) symbolize high ethical inspiration.
Healing and the throat chakra: For healing, these stones are said to aid the treatment of any blockage or disease of the throat. It is also helpful when inflammation occurs, since blue is a cooling color. It is also said to aid with internal bleeding and nervous conditions.
Remember that all of your chakras must be balanced for you to feel well and for things to flow evenly. You must balance your Root Chakra before the Sacral Chakra and work your way up when clearing all of your chakras.
Also remember when you are connected you are in the here and now, capable of receiving divine guidance and taking aligned action.
