This card also means that the answer to your question is within books. So pay attention to titles that are recommended to you or books that mysteriously fall from shelves, as they contain guidance for you.

This card is a call for you to take definite action toward your book-related dreams. Whether you desire to write a book open a bookstore, or read more, take the next step without delay. The angels are assisting you with this endeavor as you go forward.

From Me

As mentioned from the booklet, sometimes a book or some other form of information will appear exactly when you need it. It may be as simple as a book to read that gets your mind off of a tense situation. You may be working on a project and need one more key component but aren’t sure where you find it. As you are reading a magazine or newspaper the answer comes to you. That is the angels helping you find your answers.

Sometimes we feel like we are in a whirlwind because of too much going on at once. When this occurs we need to take a step back and look at each situation individually, instead of thinking of it all at once. When we break things down we can think clearly and decipher which should take priority and put everything in order. The angels are there to guide us in making this decision to help relieve us from the unnecessary stress we put on ourselves. Again, sometimes these answers will come in the form of words when you least expect to see them. Keep your mind open to the possibilities and you will see them when they are needed.

Action Steps From the Booklet

Archangel Gabriel is the “messenger angel,” who helps writers, teachers, and others involved with delivering spiritual messages. Please help increase my courage and confidence to move forward with my book-related desires (tell Gabriel about your dreams related to books). Thank you for motivating and organizing me so that I spend time every day devoted to my heart’s true desire, allowing my dreams to be manifested in divinely perfect ways without delay.

CHAKRAS

The Chakras are energy centers in our body and when they are out of balance we don’t live in our potential power. These energy centers should be rotating clockwise, so if they are backwards we have to work with them to reverse the motion. We recognize 7 top centers but there are more. I will be sharing with you the 7 basic Chakras and if you have any questions you can email me. I will share 1 Chakra a week.

We have the Root Chakra, the Sacral Chakra, the Solar Plexus, the Heart Chakra, the Throat Chakra, our Third Eye Chakra, and our Crown Chakra. They follow the colors of the rainbow starting with Red.

This week we talk about the Root Chakra which is located at the base of the spine. We recognize Red as the color of this chakra. This is our foundation and helps with grounding. It is associated with Survival and individuality. Other associations are Vitality, Strength, Money, Security (fear of abandonment), and Karma.

Some possible physical symptoms are hypertension, depression and Emotional Imbalances, addictions and addictive behavior, eating disorders and weight issues, Arthritis, hemorrhoids and bowel movements, exhaustion, problems with bones, blood and skin, knee problems, bladder infections, kidney stones, candida, herpes.

These gemstones will help keep the root chakra spinning clockwise and balance it:  Agate, Bloodstone, Garnet, Red Coral, and Ruby.

Some of the best therapies for Grounding are to Walk Barefoot in Nature and Dance.

Remember in our last newsletter we discussed Grounding. Grounding our energy and body balances, centers and allows you to feel safe, clear and supported. Being grounded helps you connect your spirit with your body.

When you are connected you are in the here and now, capable of receiving divine guidance and taking aligned action.

My Journey

I continue to share my healing and spirituality to keep you up to date with my journey. Today I am sharing my current status. I was hospitalized in February with shortness of breath and tightness in my chest. The doctors ruled out a heart attack and diagnosed something else. I became anemic due to this and never felt better since. Now I am feeling worse again.

I was scheduled for surgery to remove my gallbladder and repair 2 hernias on August 30th but postponed it until October 18th so I can get lots of testing done for my breathing issue first. I need these tests to clear me for surgery.

Please remember to be aware of your power and take control of your own health. When you are in need of care insist that all the reports are reviewed completely and if you feel you are not being listened to, it is time to find a different doctor. If you need someone to speak to, I am here for you.

Angelic Realms Radio

I am in search of a co-host for my weekly Angelic Realms Radio show. We were set to begin August 3^rd but unfortunately, my co-host has fallen ill and I am asking for prayers for her quick recovery.
